SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipments are made via express courier, with delivery directly to your address.

- Cost: €6.00 for all shipments within Italy.

- Delivery time: 3-10 business days from order confirmation.

- Free shipping: For orders over €60.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the shipment is prepared, you will receive a second email with the shipping details and tracking number. Orders will be shipped within 24/48 business hours.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

- During holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receipt, as provided by the right of withdrawal regulations.

CONDITIONS

- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Personalized items cannot be returned unless they have a conformity defect (e.g., damaged or incomplete).

- Returns for items damaged due to improper use will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@luminocandele.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address.

2. Ship the product: Use the return label we will send you. The shipping costs for the return will be covered by us (Lumino).

3. Confirmation and refund: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method selected for the purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If you do not see the refund within the indicated timeframe, please contact your bank with the return confirmation we will provide.
